2. Introduction of PS Three Layer Sheet Production Line

ABS has higher creep resistance than PSF and PC, but lower than PA and POM. The heat distortion temperature of ABS is 93 to 118°C, but it can be increased by about 10°C after annealing. It also has a certain degree of toughness at -40°C and can be used in the temperature range of -40 to 100°C. (1) Vacuum feeder: transport raw materials to the extruder
(2) Single screw extruder: plasticize raw materials and extrude molten raw materials
(3) Mold: according to customer requirements of the thickness range
(4) Three-roller calender: The diameter and length of the roller can be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements
(5) Cooling brackets: it is a cooling and conveying device
