GWELL adopts modular system architecture, including pre-assembled screw units, die heads, winding modules, and thickness monitoring systems. All core units are factory-tested and pre-wired. On-site setup only requires alignment and calibration, allowing the line to begin producing film in as little as 10–15 days after arrival.
The entire line uses Siemens PLC with touchscreen HMI, featuring a visual interface and recipe memory function. Parameters like temperature, speed, tension, and thickness can be precisely set and switched automatically. Even novice operators can be trained and onboarded quickly, minimizing ramp-up time.
GWELL lines support EVA, POE, EPE and more, and enable single-layer, dual-layer, and three-layer co-extrusion. Product specifications can be changed quickly via software or minor adjustments—no need to replace the entire setup, thus minimizing downtime.
The built-in real-time diagnostics and error protection system automatically halts operations during abnormal conditions like overheating, pressure spikes, or thickness deviation. Paired with a remote service platform, technical teams can monitor and troubleshoot in real time, reducing unexpected downtime.
GWELL offers end-to-end project support, including plant layout planning, power configuration consulting, on-site installation, staff training, and long-term maintenance. Dedicated engineers assist during commissioning to ensure “delivery equals production.”
GWELL enhances production efficiency and stability through modular construction, intelligent automation, multi-material flexibility, and robust technical service—making it the ideal partner for scalable, high-performance solar encapsulation film manufacturing.
