1.Company introduction
China Gwell Machinery is specialized in manufacturing plastic film, sheet and board extrusion production lines. It has three production factories which are located in Suzhou, Yancheng and Nantong. 3.Comparison of EVA Cast Film Extrusion Line
The aging resistance of PVB film is stronger than that of EVA film, and the impact resistance of EVA film is also stronger than that of EVA Cast Film Extrusion Line. However, EVA Cast Film Extrusion Line requires a series of equipment such as autoclave, roll press, film washing machine, etc. EVA laminated film only requires a laminating furnace, which mainly includes cleaning, laminating, and furnace. Therefore,EVA Cast Film Extrusion Line is higher than EVA Cast Film Extrusion Line cost. At present, PVB on the market is more used outdoors, such as building curtain walls, automobile front glass, etc., and EVA is more used for interior decoration.
