1. Introduction of ASA film
ASA is a copolymerization of styrene, acrylonitrile and acrylic rubber. Technically speaking, ASA not only maintains the main characteristics of ABS, but also combines the advantages of acrylic weather resistance, so that the application of the product can be extended to outdoor use. ASA film products are made of high content of ASA rubber powder raw materials. The products have completely passed the 12,000-hour weather resistance test. (4) The casting roll adopts the method of integral machining of the inner runner to ensure the temperature control within ±1 degree, and the rolling surface control accuracy within± 10um to ensure more accurate casting film thickness.
(5) The tension sensor and control system are used to ensure the tension control is ± 10um.
(6) A complete set of servo motors and servo controllers make the equipment run more accurately.
(7) The fully automatic cutting and rewinding machine has two functions: contact rewinding and gap rewinding. The winding tape has tension control, the adjustment range is 5-200N/M.
