1. Introduction of SGP PV Encapsulation Film Making Machine
The SGP PV Encapsulation Film Making Machine manufactured by GWELL adopts unique design and advanced manufacturing technology, which improves the stability and automation of the machine. The feeding system is connected with the extruder to realize the accurate online proportioning of raw materials, so that the quality of the SGP film is stable and labor cost will be reduced. Specially designed rollers are used to cool the SGP film uniformly and reduce the stress caused by uneven heating and cooling, thereby ensuring the correct shrinkage rate. Since the SGP film is relatively viscous, we have added an isolation film unwinding device to effectively prevent the SGP film from sticking together during rewinding.
2. SGP PV Encapsulation Film Making Machine introduction:
SGP film is mainly used for BIPV modules, the structure is tempered glass (super white)-SGP-cell-SGP-tempered glass (ordinary).

3. Comparison of SGP PV Encapsulation Film and EVA encapsulation film
EVA is a thermosetting resin with cross-linking reaction; SGP is a thermoplastic resin with reproducibility and no cross-linking reaction;

SGP has strong bonding performance and is safer than EVA film;

Excellent mechanical properties: higher strength. Under the same thickness, the bearing capacity of SGP laminated glass is twice that of PVB; under the same load and thickness, the bending deflection of SGP laminated glass is one-fourth of PVB;
Tear strength: Under the same thickness, the tear strength of the PVB laminated film is 5 times that of PVB. It can also be bonded to the glass in the case of tearing, and the glass will not fall off the whole piece.
Strong stability and moisture resistance: SGP laminated film is colorless and transparent, anti-ultraviolet, it is not easy to turn yellow after long-term exposure to sunlight and rain, and its yellowing coefficient is less than 1.5. However, the yellowing coefficient of PVB interlayer film is 6-12. Although the production process of SGP is close to that of PVB.
