2600mm Wide EVA Film Production Line For Solar Energy Photovoltaic Module
In the solar industry, the most common encapsulation is with cross-linkable ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA). With the help of a lamination machine, the cells are laminated between films of EVA in a vacuum, which is under compression. This procedure is conducted under temperatures of up to 150°C. One of the disadvantages of EVA films is that it is not UV-resistant and therefore protective front glass is required for the UV screening.
Durability
Quality EVA film is known for its excellent durability, also in difficult weather circumstances, such as high temperature and high humidity.
Bonding
Under the right circumstances, EVA film will have excellent adhesive bonding to solar glass (NOT standard glass, solar glass has a rough surface). Also EVA bonds very well to the backsheet.
Optical
EVA is known for its excellent transparency. This means that the optical transmission is acceptable and doesn't block too much of the sunshine trying to reach the solar cells. Nowadays, several manufacturers in Asia use a transparent backing, which has transparency between the cells as a result. This type of module is known as semi-transparent.
1. 2600mm wide EVA Film Production line
Based on the market demand and customer's feedback, Gwell has upgraded the EVA solar film machine for many times during the past ten years. Now we have EVA solar film machine to produce 2600mm wide EVA film. And there are two winders equipped on the production line so that customers can get two rolls of 1300mm wide EVA film at the same time. Meanwhile, since the machine model is designed to be large, the output and production line speed have been increased as well. 3. EVA encapsulation film production line installation
Once the production line is going to be sent to customer's factory, then customer has to consider about the space for installation and machine running. In order to get clear and qualified EVA solar film, there are some workshop standards, like the dust free level, air conditioner for room temperature and etc. Also we mentioned about the space, customers have to leave enough space not only for putting machine, also for considering about some extra space for installation and regular maintenance.
