2. Comparison of SGP Solar film and EVA encapsulation film
EVA is a thermosetting resin with cross-linking reaction; SGP is a thermoplastic resin with reproducibility and no cross-linking reaction;
The domestic glass curtain wall specification clearly puts forward the requirement of "application of SGP". And BIPV photovoltaic modules using SGP instead of EVA can achieve a longer service life.
SGP has strong bonding performance and is safer than EVA film;
There are many formulas for EVA, and the packaging process is not easy to control; the formula for SGP solar film is simple, the quality control is stable, and the shelf life is long;
SGP solar film has poor fluidity, which can prevent film overflow during processing.

Since the SGP film is relatively viscous, we have added an isolation film unwinding device to effectively prevent the SGP film from sticking together during rewinding.
