The PET parallel twin screw sheet extrusion line for PET sheet is equipped with degassing system, and no need drying and crystallizing unit. The segmented screw structure can reduce the viscosity loss of PET resin, the symmetrical and thin-wall calender roller highten the cooling effect and improve the capacity and sheet quality. Multi components dosing feeder can control the percentage of virgin material, recycling material and master batch precisely, the sheet is widely used for thermoforming packaging industry.

(1) If customers require multilayer PET sheets, the number of extruders needs to be increased. Three-layer PET sheet needs at least two extruders, which can produce PET sheets with ABA structure; it can also be customized according to customer requirements. 5-layer PET sheet, if the sheet structure is ABCBA, then 3 extruders are required, and a distributor is required in front of the mold to adjust the distribution ratio;
(2) According to the purpose of PET sheet, the auxiliary equipment equipped on the PET production line is different. If customers use PET sheets to make blister products, such as plastic electronic product packaging, parts packaging, fast food boxes, plastic cups, etc., then the production line needs to be equipped with silicone oil coating and drying equipment, which is beneficial to PET sheets In the later stage, it is molded on the blister machine and demolded; if the PET sheet produced by the customer is not used for thermoforming, this part can be removed, which can also save the customer the equipment purchase cost; if the PET sheet produced by the customer needs to be used for post-printing Or it can be combined with other materials, then a corona machine needs to be added to the PET sheet equipment.
