The 90mm single screw extruder is widely used for processing many different kinds of materials, like PET, PP, PS,PE and etc.

(1) Single screw design for making PET sheet can make the sheet with high transpancy comparied to twin screw design. But please notice, when processing PET material, single-screw extruder cannot be added a lot of recycled PETmaterial. And there should be a set of Crystallization and drying device to pre-treat the PET material.

(2) When processing the PVC material to make high transparency sheet or film, single-screw extruder is the best choice as well.

 

 

Different types:

There are some different models of single-screw extruder:

(1) As to the screw diameter: it could be customized based on customer's output requirements, like 65mm, 90mm, 105mm and etc.
